God's Presence - Dwelling Among Us
In the time before Yeshua (Jesus), the Spirit of God dwelt in the temple of the people of Israel in Jerusalem.
“Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”
(John 2:19)
But God had a plan. He intended that after the death and resurrection of Yeshua that His Spirit would dwell in every person who believe in Yeshua as the Messiah.
“Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”
(1 Cor 3:16)
I believe that teaching the Word of God is essential for our children, as it fulfills Romans 10:14 within our own home, to those we cherish the most:
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
